Online Return Policy

NO REFUNDS. We only exchange or refund items purchased online if they are defective. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us at shop@homeonwaterst.com so that we can assess your claim and instruct you on how to proceed. All defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns from outside of Canada or past our time guidelines are at the discretion of the management, and need to be pre-approved prior to shipping your item(s) back to the store. FINAL SALE on all books, bath and body products and food items both in store and online.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

International returns may be subject to customs, tax or duty charges at the Canadian border and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. HOME on water st. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

PACKING YOUR RETURN:

When making a return, please pack the items securely in their original product packaging to help eliminate damage during shipping. Please return the items to HOME on water st. in the same condition they were sent to you. We will notify you via e-mail once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
